GETC Memory Verse Challenge

Our Focus Verse on November 20, 2022 was Ecclesiastes 3:11 He hath made everything beautiful in his time; also, he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

As you memorize and think on the verse this week, understand that “timing” is so important. As the first 8 verses in Ecclesiastes 3 tell us that there is a time for everything, verse 11 reminds us that there is a time where even beauty itself can be found in everything. At the end of this verse, I like how the NIV version puts it: “no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” He is the great orchestrator and He is Soveriegn. Be sure to look up https://biblehub.com/commentaries/ecclesiastes/3-11.htm for additional commentaries on this verse. They are too long to post, but extremely insightful especially Cambridge Bible for Schools and Colleges which is within this site.
