117th BDS – 1/18/2023 Scripture Reference: Luke 9:25, Mark 8:36, Matthew 16:26 ”For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?“ Luke 9:25 KJV ”For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” Mark 8:36 KJV ”For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?“ Matthew 16:26 KJV Final Thought: The World around us is designed against everything that GOD warned us about in His Word. The endless pursuit for more has blinded the eyes of His most prized creation. We were made in His image, yet the World says it’s your life do what you wanna’ do.. you only live once, chase the bag, lose your self for a moment of fame and why does a GOD who loves allow disaster, death, famine, diseases and heartache. I’ve heard a lot of excuses over the years, I was the Big Chief of making them even myself. When the knowledge of GOD is made the number one priority in an individuals life, nothing in and of this World can stop your eyes from coming open. What is happening is that there is a lack of knowledge (in GOD’ Word) and it’s all across the board and all around the globe it’s so visible. Social media promotes self-reliance, our governments have went wide left of even the most basic morals, and even the pulpits in sanctuaries around the World are falling prey to a “satisfy the people and speak a half truth” doctrine.
